Mark was our real estate agent for our first home! He did an excellent job helping us find a house that fit our necessities and in the location we wanted, all within our budget. He helped provide communication between us and the builder/contractor. He checked in on us regularly and made sure to keep us in the loop with updates from the builder. He came with us to each meeting to make sure all of our questions were answered and ensure we were getting the best experience. He helped provide us with information for an inspector who did a very thorough job prior to closing on our house. He assisted us with every step of the way and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We have already referred him to others and will definitely be working with him again for any other future homes!

Mark was quick to answer any properties I was interested in and reached out to the seller instantly. He could always be reached no matter the situation.

Moving is a highly stressful undertaking but Mark took his time, asked questions to make sure I was thinking of the right things and made different suggestions to get me into the right house by the right builder with the right layout in the right location. I am not the easiest person to deal with but Mark was incredibly patient as I changed my mind many times over the months. His knowledge of the areas and of the process helped make the decisions to put in offers less scary. Even though we had some struggles with a less-than-responsive selling agent, Mark was able keep me in the loop on issues and delays and what that could mean to our closing date. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell. He goes above and beyond to keep his clients informed and happy.

Mark Bridges was so helpful while looking at numerous houses. He listened to my needs/wants, and was easily able to provide requested information on homes being viewed. He answered questions and pointed out quality features in each home, as well as anything that was potentially an issue. I really appreciate his patience and guidance through the home buying process.
