I had no prior experience with Mark and...
I had no prior experience with Mark and happened on him quite by accident, but it was a lucky one for me. Mark really listened to me when I described what I wanted in a home and location. He did a great job of sending me the links to look at homes that would fit my wish list, and that saved me a ton of time. It also allowed me to research similar sales in the areas where I wanted to live. He guided me through the offer process and was diligent in following up during the home inspection and the small repairs needed. Mark was very knowledgeable about the area and the real estate market. He even found me a great lender, and I know that because I did get multiple estimates on interest rates. I highly recommend him.
