Mark helped the reviewer sell this property

Happy Homeowner

Honestly...I have worked with many agents in my lifetime (buying/selling/investing) and Mark Blum was the most prepared and professional by far! Not only did he sell my house at almost asking price in 1 DAY but I bought my new house from him as well. Mark previewed many properties before taking me out to weed out the undesirable ones! When we found the perfect home he did an amazing negotiation! I got everything I wanted and within my budget! I will use Mark for any future real estate en devours and I have already recommended him to some of my friends.
