Mark is an amazing agent. We were first-time home buyers and very naive to the process and all the little details that were required. Mark was always fair with presenting offers, knew the market and provided accurate comps, and most of all, had a great sense of humor throughout the process. He provided listings that were within our range and took into account our wants and needs. He was extremely accessible, often times being available last minute to look at a listing. Mark has a wonderful calm, professional demeanor, and it helped a lot knowing that his knowledge and expertise were on our side, especially during tough negotiations.
