Mark and his whole team are absolutely amazing. I needed to prep and sell my house very quickly after my husband took a job in Hawaii. While he got started building our life there, I was left to wrap things up in Texas before I joined him. It was a lot! Then to top it off, he sold our house for more than our original asking price. We could not be happier! Mark did an excellent job of guiding me through the process of updating my property in the Houston Heights and then listing it for sale. The property was unique as it had a house and 2 garage apartments. It was not a property that would appeal to all home buyers.
