Mark is quintessential buyer's agent. He goes above and beyond what is expected of a buyers agent. In addition to handling all of the paperwork and supporting the financial transaction, he is keen on ensuring that the property meets the clients need in every way, to scheduling home inspection to personally making sure that everything is adequately resolved prior to closing, including personal involvement, when appropriate! In our case, since we were both purchasing this property and using Mark to sell out previous property he even made arraignments to allow us to move into the new property early.
