Mark was spectacular. He was very knowledgeable about what homes were available in a variety of areas and neighborhoods. He did a great job of listening to what we wanted, and steered us clear of "settling." He was extremely personable and not big on the hard- or up-sale. We love our new home and we have Mark to thank for that!
