We couldn’t describe a more helpful, dedicated, knowledgeable realtor than Mark Balloid. He gave us great advice on how to prepare our home to be viewed at its very best and sold it in 8 days. Mark was there every step of the way to be sure everything was done in order and in the safest way possible. He and his lovely wife helped us get our garage cleared out and when we had unforeseen problems with moving he brought a friend and spent a day helping us move our things to our new home. When the unscrupulous termite inspector told us we had underground termites and would charge $1,500 to remedy, Mark found another inspector to give a second opinion. He found no evidence of termites. Markbpainted two walls for us and then brought his own vacuum to finish the job our cleaning ladies could not do because of the delay in moving all of our furniture. In short Mark Balloid is not in this business only to make his commission but to help his clients in every way possible. We could not recommend him more highly and if he has time to take on new clients you would be fortunate to have him as your realtor.
