Mark was a dream agent from start to finish. This was our first home purchase, and he not only made everything as easy as possible throughout the process, but also provided us with all the knowledge we needed along the way to feel secure in our decision making. Here are a few of the highlights we had with Mark: - Mark knew the market (North Torrance) really well, and was often in front of us in finding homes that were worth our time to check out. - Mark was relentless in gathering all the information on the homes we ended up looking at, including constant communication with the seller's agents. On homes we ended up bidding on, Mark knew what price we should come in at to both be competitive and remain within our budget. In a crazy market, we were successful on the second home we bid on without over-paying. - Mark was extremely responsive throughout the entire escrow process (and before and after, for that matter). All forms were signed easily via DocuSign, but Mark also took the time to answer my questions before signing certain documents. This made the process quick and efficient. - Mark was able to get the seller to take care of all noted repairs from our inspection, even ones we expected to cover ourselves. In this market, that was a huge benefit to us (and ultimately more money in our pockets). - After escrow closed, Mark dropped off a really nice "post card" to all of our neighbors, which introduced us as the new family on the block. This was such a wonderful step that never crossed my mind. As we've settled into our new home, no less than five neighbors mentioned that post card as being such a nice touch. It really helped initiate us into our new neighborhood. - Even after our home closed and we moved in, Mark has checked in on us and been available. He even helped me get an AC leak resolved a month after we moved in. Space won't allow me to say more, but suffice it to say, we couldn't be happier with Mark. We won't ever go elsewhere.

He was able to keep us on track for a speedy escrow closure, kept us apprised of what was going on every step of the way and a great sale price for the house to boot! Highly recommend this guy!
