From my in-person introduction to Mark and Jill I felt they were very professional with lots of experience. I appreciated the fact they let me set the pace once we decided we would work together. I wanted most of my things, including furniture, to be donated to specific non-profits. Things went smoothly with me coordinating volunteers for packing and picking up. I never felt pressured or rushed. Mark coordinated with the other many agents. Jill worked behind the scenes to make sure the staging, finding possible buyers for bigger things if the non-profit could not take them. Jill had responsibilities behind the scenes that I don't even know about. Because all went very smoothly at the end, she was a trusted part of the adventure of selling a home. Relief also came when the two of them came to my new home to discuss the 6 bids and explain why they thought one was particularly the best. Explanations of the others were quite educational for me as we spoke about what I needed to take into consideration. Their honesty, their welcoming of questions was greatly appreciated.
