I work with Marjorie for a long time. She sold few of my properties very fast. She is very experienced, honest and hard working. She make things happen. I had a property in the Bronx with a different agent, she couldn't sell it for long time. I gave the listing to Marjorie, she sold it less than one month at full asking price. I will keep working with her. I highly recommend her real estate services to others; no doubt. I am so happy I continue to work with her great marketing techniques & resources.
