The listing and sale of my house on 418 Dorset could not have been handled better!

Marjorie handled every aspect of the listing and sale of our home beautifully. She knew the right price range to ask for; and her advice on how to prepare the home was practical and extremely helpful. By opening day the 120 year old house had never looked better. She has superb marketing skills. She captured the essence of the house, a sunny wide open summer house from a previous century, in the photographs and sales literature. With perfect timing of the first showings of the house, she created an auction atmosphere that allowed us to sell at a higher than asking price. the over asking price final bid literally paid for her commission. Throughout she was attentive and understanding, while my wife and I went through the traumatic experience of selling the house that had been our home for almost 40 years.
