Who knew all the unforeseen circumstances that could arise and need to be dealt with when selling my home? Well, that would be Marjorie Watson! Marjorie was amazing from start to closing day. When we first met to discuss the sale of my family home, Marjorie was sensitive to my emotional ties and never made me feel pressured to sell. She gave me helpful suggestions regarding what was needed to prepare the house for sale without ever making me feel rushed. Once the house went on the market, she made it clear that I could always decline a showing if I needed to. More than once, she told me that she worked for me and represented my best interests. When the inspection revealed the need for a new roof due to hail damage, she advised me about escrow and made that whole process very understandable. She checked in with me regularly and kept me in the loop as needed in regard to the buyer/seller negotiations. When it was necessary to file amendments, she thoroughly explained the reasons behind the need. Not once, did Marjorie make me feel pressured in any way. Marjorie was my champion, my advocate and representative; her honesty, diligence and integrity make her the only realtor I would want to represent me as a seller or a buyer should I find myself looking to buy a home in the future. Marjorie is an experienced and knowledgeable professional who is also one of the kindest most genuine and sincere people I've ever met and had the pleasure to work with. My wife and I found Marjorie through a common Realestate App. We were moving from another state and had no real contacts in the Teller County area. We felt the right agent for us would be experienced, but yet not so big that they have some giant office, with 8 assistants. We were looking for personal service. This was was exactly what we found. Marjorie Ann Watson, is the person you want on your team when looking for a home or selling your home. She will go the extra mile. Marjorie helped me find a home and I had tough requirements. She took the challenge and we found what we were looking for. When it came time to sell do to a job transfer we call the person who we knew could get the job done. And she did it in record time. We have stayed in contact and if we get a chance to move back into the area Marjorie will be the person we call. To call anyone else is asking for second best.
