Marjie was a blessing to us as the selling agent of our home. She lined out the process and was with us every step of the way. What I particularly appreciated was that she knew the market and almost described exactly who/what type of people would be Interested in purchasing our home. She suggested a selling price based on her knowledge of the neighborhood and we got well over the asking price! She has a good knack for staging and though we used experts to inspect, repair, paint and stage - she checked on and followed up on every detail. We couldn’t be happier.
