Marius Williams did an oustanding job selling our house. My wife and I are very pleased with with work. Of particular interest is that we had listed with a local agency for one year. During that times we did not receive any offer for the house. We took the house off the market for a period of time and delisted with Century 21. After three Marius had a buyer. After a series of negotiations the house was successfully sold. We would recommend Marius to anyone interested in selling his/her home.
