She made our home buying process so easy and pain free! We went from looking at a house to actually signing and buying in only 31 days! She was very hardworking and cares so deeply about finding the right home for us, and we could not be more grateful. In a world where everyone is so distracted and involved in their own world, Maritza took the time to really focus on our needs, keep in contact with us and the parties involved in the sale, make sure we had all the paperwork we need or were expected to have, and really gave us direction, passion, and focus, which was perfect as we were first time home buyers.
