I requested Marita as the agent to sell my townhome in Medford, New Jersey, because she helped us find the townhome we loved for twenty years. We were very pleased with her knowledge of the market and market prices, her experience in what we needed to do to the townhome to make it most sellable, and her patience with us as we prepared the house for sale. When you have lived in a place twenty years, there is a lot to do! Marita was always on site to help with all of the inspections, including the fire inspection. She brought us all the way to the finish line, and got us asking price!! We would recommend her to anyone!
