My interaction with Marita Gonzales from the very first time we made contact was excellent! She made me feel like she really cared about my wants and needs and was extremely prompt in answering any questions I had. She stayed in touch with me at least weekly with listings for me to look at over the couple of months before I was ready to travel to Florida to look at the units that were available. She was VERY friendly, professional, efficient and knowledgeable each time I interacted with her. She showed me seven (7) properties when I did travel to Florida and was very patient and kind and never made me feel rushed. She found the perfect unit that met all of my needs and dealt directly with the listing agent on my behalf! She has even gotten in touch with me after the fact to make sure that everything worked out for me. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase or rent! You definitely won't go wrong with her!

Marita did a great job keeping us updated on homes of interest throughout the entire process. There were a few home we took to long deliberating on that sold prior to making an offer, but Marita did a good job of taking our “must haves” and uploading more homes into our home portal queue. I think she went above and beyond to be available for calls and texts, and I appreciated her making video walkthroughs given the post-COVID atmosphere & our location. We were located in California for the entire process and Marita not only helped us find a home, but she also referred us to different home services such as pool, gardening, and cleaning companies.
