Marita helped the reviewer sell this property

A polished professional that gets your house sold!

Marita is a consummate professional that will work with you to get your house sold. An excellent communicator, she will talk with you to understand your goals. She will clearly explain what to expect, the current market, and how to prepare your house for sale. This process will make you confident in her as your representative to get the very best value for your home. From your first meeting with her to closing day you will be happy you chose Marita as your agent. What I most appreciated was her wise council on how to evaluate offers and how to respond to inspection reports and potential actions that need to be taken. This is the second home Marita has sold for me and I am amazed at how effective she is in connecting with potential buyers, showing the house, and closing the sale.
