Marita is the best.

We have worked with Marita for years. She was able to negotiate the best price for the house we were buying. She is very nice but still manages to get everything done when dealing with the purchase of a home. She manages relationships with other realtors, title companies, surveyors, home inspections etc. with ease. I am most amazed at how well she knows what the market will bear. She is always professional. I have worked with her on the sale of several other homes over the years and was able with her insights to get top dollar on our sales.
