Marita helped the reviewer sell this property

Very Helpful, Considerate, Very Professional , Very Knowledgeable

From the beginning Marita was doing everything in her power to make the sale of the home go as smooth as possible. She had the circumference of the home power washed which added to the curb appeal, was accommodating in cost estimates for a roof replacement, and most significantly was her expertise in negotiating a fair price with the buyer was appreciative. Her kindness in working with mom and consideration to assist mom in accommodating her for a smooth closing. We would recommend Marita to anyone this would be the type of realator you would want working with you if they were a first time homebuyer! Mom and I thank her much! God Bless!
