Marissa Shackelford

Marissa was incredibly patient with us through TWO failed negotiations and stuck it out to make house number three a success. She is flexible, hard working, and really fun to work with. We would recommend her without hesitation.

I loved working with Marissa. She is very down to earth and knowledgeable. I was a first time homebuyer and used a VA home loan. Marissa helped explain everything to me and made the process a breeze. I highly recommend her.

Marisa took the time to listen to our wants and needs and showed us only things that fit that category. She is very flexible and very quick with getting back to us and setting up appointments. We have four kids so she was also very patient while showing us the houses and we brought the kids! And when it came time to put in our offer, she's very knowledgeable and took the stress off of us. She arranged most of the appointments, helped with inspection and even help me pick out carpet! Hopefully we don't have to move again but if we do we would definitely use Marissa again! -Carrie & Jerrod Dick

I just bought my first house in March and it was so nerve racking but Marissa answered every single one of my questions without hesitation and almost immediately I had an answer from her. She went out of her way to help us out and make sure we knew exactly what everything meant and what our next step was in the buying process. She is very good at what she does and especially for an inexperienced buyer like myself she makes you more at ease and is the friendliest person you will ever meet. I am so thankful I found her to represent me on my first house and will definitely recommend her to everyone!
