She answers texts & calls promptly, including evenings & weekends, and puts in time whenever it is necessary to move the process forward. Marissa quickly got a feel for the type of property that fit my personality. She offered suggestions but also had no objection to setting up viewings of those properties I found. In general I was able to view homes within 24 hours of asking, sometimes within hours. In the negotiations, Marissa communicated my requests faithfully and was respectful of my limits.
