From clean out of the home and making recommendations about how to best present the home Marissa had an eye on how to best present the home in order to make the best of current market conditions She showed the house at all times of day after two open houses to maintain momentum of buyers’ interest. Her attention to detail was impressive - even arriving at the honeymoon hours before and evening open house to make sure the house was cooled down to best show the home Marissa facilitated the buyers multiple visits, an inspection and work we agreed to complete prior to the sale. I can’t say enough about how professional I found the Makram/Foley/Green team to be. But for me, their kindness, encouragement and support through an emotional process of selling our childhood home after Mom’s passing was a crucial feature.
