The timeline with my move was tight and Marissa made sure the lender and the seller's agent all were in the loop on what I needed to make it work. In addition to helping my purchase my first house, Marissa was helping my parents sell their house along the same exact timeline as me. She balanced both properties beautifully and kept all of our ducks in a row between the sale of my parents house and the purchase of my house!
