I cannot say enough say enough good things about Marissa Heinisch. I had recently lost my partner of 36 years when I began my search and Marissa’s understanding and compassion was just what I needed. From the house I had first requested she knew exactly my taste and needs. I made my choice quickly and Marissa immediately went to bat for me. She negotiated a new roof and great concessions for the kitchen and baths. The home inspector she recommended was excellent. Everyone who knows me can probably tell you the name of my realtor because I can’t stop talking about what a great job she did. Marissa helped make my move from Miami Beach to Hopkinsville, Ky during a traumatic time so much easier. Marissa’s wisdom, taste and knowledge is so beyond her years.
