Marissa is the BEST!!

This was the 3rd home that Marissa has sold for us in 6 years. She is very knowledgeable about the market and knows how much to list for in order to get interest. She also gives input to make the home look amazing for pictures. And the photographer she uses does a great job as well. All 3 homes sold quickly and with multiple offers. This last home was a townhome and had a contract within 6 days...even in this crazy market with higher interest rates. She and her team are excellent with communication. She really considers what is best for the customer. She does not push and helps to decide if this is even the right timing for you to sell. She wants this to be a great experience. They even allowed us to use their moving truck. That perk was amazing!! We will definitely use Marissa and Bishop Country for future real estate needs!!
