We are so grateful for Marissa and couldn’t be happier to have worked with her. She understood our needs and was available right away when we had questions or needed clarification. We have 2 little ones under the ages of 2 years old. In the beginning of June, I had surgery a week prior to putting the house on the market. So having appointments available to potential buyers to see the house was very limited. We didn’t want to take nap time away from our kids and I still need much recovery time. We didn’t know how things were going to turn out, but within one week, we accepted an offer and couldn’t be more excited to go into escrow. During escrow, we had an incident. While my husband and I stepped out to sign paperwork, someone did a hit and run on the side of our house. We didn’t know how to handle the situation and called Marissa right away. As we were stressing and concerned about our kids and the AC not working during this hot triple digit weather. She made us feel hopeful and gave us information to someone to repair the AC unit. Thank goodness no one was hurt and AC was fixed within 3 hours. We had the everything else repaired within a week. The incident had to be disclosed and we’re also very grateful for the buyers continuing with escrow. We can’t thank Marissa enough for all the hard work and effort she’s done for us.
