From the very first contact with Marisela (from a random internet search for a local real estate agent), she diligently worked on our behalf to help look at potential listings for purchase, and to ultimately selling the existing house for my ailing father as our plan for his care changed. She asked questions and determined what we were looking for in a house to optimize our original searching, and offered very helpful suggestions on ways we could optimize dad’s property sale. She made herself very available each time we were able to be in town….accommodating our narrow time frame, and even pitched in to get some of the things done at dad’s house when we couldn’t be there. Because we were unfamiliar with the area’s service providers, she found help for our repairs through contacts she trusted, leaving us worry free. She and her husband went above and beyond my expectations for service. Thanks to her, the property sale was organized and respectful of dad’s limitations, and all facets of it executed smoothly even with the few technical bumps that inevitably arose. I am unbelievably grateful that my random search and contact with her real estate company landed us in such excellent hands.
