I'm a newbie this was my first home sale. Marisa handled everything, I would have been lost without her. When the first offer fell through she pivoted and we were back on track. She found painters, stagers and walked me through the whole process. Excellent work.

As first time home buyer’s, my wife and I were looking for an agent that was knowledgeable, Patient and willing to walk us through this process, and open to our many questions. We found all that and more in Marisa. She was transparent, attentive, always responsive, very professional and we immediately felt comfortable working with her. Along the way, Marisa was very detailed and knowledgeable as she walked us through this process. We experienced some trepidation caused by the uncertainties that resulted from the COVID-19 pandemic. So after a using a couple other realtors and them having me down load a app and checking in on me once a month and not taking me seriously.I contacted Marisa. Marisa helped me find the home of my dreams. More than i could have imagined. She always had homes lined up to see, and would take notes on what i liked and didn’t like. I didn’t really know what it was that i liked or wanted, but she guided me through it. She would ask questions to the other realtors about the history of the home, location, and so on, questions i would have never thought to ask. I never felt any kind of pressure, she made me feel comfortable, and like family. I really thank her for everything she helped me with.
