We HIGHLY recommend Marion Clark, REMAX, St Petersburg, as an incredibly hard working, professional, informed and very positive Realtor. We will definitely use her again when we buy or sell in the Tampa/St Pete area. We looked during two week-ends in St Pete, Florida (with several weeks away in between). Marion continued the search while we were away; gave us daily updates about listings, market activity, etc. Even though she was serving other clients, it felt as if she was there for us alone. Her sincere dedication to finding us a the perfect vacation place was obvious. We scheduled a last minute trip and in a matter of 2 days Marion had lined up 13 showings! Our appointments ranged from Clearwater to Sarasota. (She is a good driver and considerate about the person sitting in the back seat.) : ) She went home late and started as early as we wanted. She knew a tremendous amount about each location and community. Marion's main goal is to find a property that will make her clients happy and it shows in her work ethic, positive attitude and professionalism.
