Mario is amazing. I guess I'll start by saying that what began as a friendly convo on a Saturday night led to him sending a follow-up email on a Sunday (the next day) - I knew then that he was professional and responsive. We had some casual back / forth and he helped me understand the Miami market / neighborhood (Belle Meade) my wife and I were interested in. Fast forward two weeks and we were ready to pull the trigger - we wanted to find a property and close in 4 weeks, Christmas / New Year holiday in between, and we wanted to finance the purchase... AND we were first-time buyers that didn't know how anything worked... how's THAT for a challenge :) Needless to say, from the moment we said "go" Mario exceeded our expectations - he arranged for showings quickly, helped us discuss pros / cons and evaluate properties, and provided excellent, valuable (i.e. $-saving) guidance when it came to putting in an offer / counter-offer / etc. His connections with lenders / the various third-parties are amazing, and those individuals shared his level of professionalism and responsiveness... again, we closed on our home with financing in under 4 weeks (from first viewing); in fact, everything was ready for close with almost a week to spare - hopefully I'm not setting the bar too high!
