We originally contacted Mario because friends of ours had used him and the MG Group to buy/sell and had also noticed his signs around our Albany Park neighborhood. We also had been working with another agent in our search for a new home in the North Shore and it wasn’t working for a variety of reasons. I live in Australia so was quite daunted by the thought of selling a condo in Chicago without being able to be there in person at all. COVID on top of that didn’t help. Process was simple.
