We originally contacted Mario because friends of ours had used him and the MG Group to buy/sell and had also noticed his signs around our Albany Park neighborhood. We also had been working with another agent in our search for a new home in the North Shore and it wasn’t working for a variety of reasons. When we first spoke with Mario he assured us that the MG Group would be able to help us sell our home in the city and buy a new home in the suburbs. I live in Australia so was quite daunted by the thought of selling a condo in Chicago without being able to be there in person at all. COVID on top of that didn’t help. Process was simple. MG Group is 100% full service taking care of repairs, staging, showings, photos/videos (excellent quality), liaising with the condo association, excellent legal referrals (with whom they worked seamlessly) and several walkthroughs by the new owners. All I had to do was sign some papers! They kept me informed day to day and couldn’t have been more responsive to queries. Worth every penny and I would refer them without hesitation to anyone!
