He guided us through all the steps- from decided what was important to us (both in a location and the house itself), viewing multiple homes including ones that we found on our own online, and eventually purchasing our first home. He never once wasn’t available (even after hours!) to help with our nervous first-time buyer questions. In the end, we got our home at a good price, and it was all relatively painless. Mario even from the beginning showed as his above and beyond caring ,we are treated not just a customer but as his own family. He respected our decisions on all the offers that we made, he gave us his opinion but not pushed us so he can make his sale. Every step of the way he showed his professionalism . Whenever we needed to see the place, regardless his busy, he will take time to grant our wish. All these years we had dealt with so many realtors but he is just one of the few I can highly recommend without a doubt!
