Mario Copelenko is Professional with outstanding knowledge of the real estate industry. Mr. Copelenko helped us with every aspect for the sale of our home in Coral Springs. He took wonderful photographs of every area of our home to show the greatness of our property. He advised us with the wordage for our listing and showed us comp listing in our area so that our home was correctly priced for sale. When all of the sale documents were signed and he listed it on the MLS that night he received a phone call later that night from another real estate agent who had a client that was looking to purchase a home in our Coral Springs area and please don't show it as their client would be working the next day and would be available that early night to see the home. Mario Copelenko was at our home when they all arrived and helped with their questions and was again extremely professional and was a great help as they gave an offer that night at our listed sale price.
