A DREAM COME TRUE

Having a goal and a specific budget is one thing, but adding a specific timeframe is nearly impossible in today's market and Mario delivered! Mario made sure to understand our needs, our wants & our situation on our initial meeting. His knowledge of the market, the knowledege of his finance team and the rapport with other agents made our experience smooth and stress-free. He took the time to make sure that we understood the process, documents and timeframes by answering all of our questions accurately and in a timely manner. When we pulled up to view our future home, Mario knew that this was was for me & my family before we even stepped in. He greeted us with "welcome home, this one has your name all over it" and it sure did! Mario went above and beyond to make sure that we received keys. Throughout the whole process Mario was avaliable and responsive. His demeanor made me and my family feel safe and at ease and taken care of in every way possible. His confidence, professionalism and optimistic personality made me feel that it would all align for the end goal (literally, his words) and it really did! We are now in our new home and enjoying what seemed like an impossible dream for me. I cannot thank Mario and team for all of the effort and hard work that was done so that my family & I could have a house to call our home. I still can't believe it! It has been a blessing and someone who we are grateful for.. thank you so much Mario, we are finally home!
