Mario came into my sale when my realtor went on vacation. He quickly became instrumental in presenting, negotiating, talking things thru with me, providing my perspective to buyers, etc, etc. He was always willing to take the time to talk strategy, answer my questions, make sure I understood all aspects of the situation and be honest with me.
