Couple of highlights that I think make her stand out. 1) She always tries to get you to the right house that fits your current needs and desires. No attempt to up sell to a bigger more expensive house. 2) Marinell is also very open about concerns she may have on a specific house, she's not just looking to get a deal done. 3) Very thorough on all follow ups. In our latest transaction, we were purchasing from out of state and she supported a ton of work after contracting, with multiple inspections and other things we wanted to have done while remote.
