I have used Marina prior for two other homes bought/sold, and when you are moving it is so stressful that is where Marina comes in. Not only does she respond very timely, but she will also make the moving transition seamless. From financing to closing. She did all the work and some. I had a lot of rules in showing my home and buying one. She knew my taste, and when I wanted this home, she did what she had to do for me in a very competitive market. I trust her judgement, her work ethic and her ability to get the job done. Moving does not have to be chaos when she is working for you.
