I would recommend Marina Prieto when house hunting. She knows the area well, and paid attention to what we told her we want. We closed in thirty days. The communication between the loan officer,Marina and us was excellent.
I wanted someone who would keep their eyes open for what I wanted....but not "hound me" with properties I wasn't interested in until I bought something. Marina was so easy to stay in contact with through emails and texts. I had planned a trip months ago and it just happened to coincide with the month I was trying to get inspections, repairs and financing. She was so helpful in making sure things got done while I was gone. The seller was using Century 21 also. So it was very easy to get messages back and forth between us. Marina was a God send. Not being from here, it was great to have someone who had connections in Cove.
