Marina was respectful, sensitive, and explained our options. She also was lots of fun. It was confronting to know that she was looking out for our interests. I would hire her again to purchase or sell property.

I first began speaking with Marina about selling our home or really what our options were in 2020 when both my husband and I were furloughed. Marina was a voice of reason during that time, offering all the different solutions to us that were available. We ended up not selling our home with Marina and Albert until 2022 and, again, they were so very helpful with the information we needed in order to sell our home and also feel good about our offer. Their market knowledge, communication, and professionalism in both scenarios for us were top notch.

She is an incredible communicator and very responsive to any questions or issues that arose. She does her research well and always has a good rationale for the decision she suggests. She also knows so many people along the coast. If she has a question, needs a product or service she knows who to go to get the answer, product or service. She is always positive and in a great mood. Just a delight to be around. If I was staying in the area and needed to buy or sell another property, Marina would be my realtor of choice.
