I am so grateful to have Marina as my real estate agent. She truly went above and beyond to get my condo sold in a faster than anticipated timeframe. Prior to putting the condo on the market, Marina spent time with me going through the condo to talk through the most pertinent updates needed based on her years of experience in the real estate market. She was reasonable and practical in her approach, and I was able to get the updates completed within a month. Prior to putting it on the market, Marina did a walk through and did an amazing job adding special touches for the photo shoot. The photos were amazing! The condo got a lot of views and scheduled walk-throughs. She kept me appraised along the way of status per potential buyer. She even took time out on a potentially high traffic holiday weekend to host an open house. The condo, with competing units on the market, sold more quickly than I anticipated. Marina made herself available at any time to talk through the process and answer questions along the way. I felt she had my best interests at heart. The closing was quick and smooth.
