I was having to sell an old, shabby property, two thousand miles from my home, that my mother had lived in until 2008 ... and no one had lived there since then. Complicating matters was that it was now owned by myself and my sister, for whom I am legal guardian and conservator -- meaning everything had to go through lawyers and the court system for rules and for approval. I was extremely stressed by this and all through the process until being referred to Marina as realtor. Marina was very sensitive to my situation and so thoughtful and helpful in working with me and in working with the lawyers and their requirements ... even though this all seemed to me to make it a lot of work for a relatively small gain for her. I feel very fortunate and so appreciative to have had her with me through this.
