Marina Burgos is the most caring real estate agent I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Buying my first home to live in was a stressful process ESPECIALLY during the Covid pandemic. Homes were/are selling almost as fast as they're being listed on the market and I felt like it was going to be nearly impossible for me to land a house that met all the characteristics I was looking for. Marina is a very sharp, intelligent and caring agent. She is very quick to answer calls. She took her time in understanding what I was looking for and she was actively helping me through the process of searching. We went through multiple bidding wars but she gave me her honest opinion on where to draw the line when going higher on a property so that I wouldn't make a bad financial decision and I am extremely grateful for that. When we found the property of my dreams she got us a viewing same day despite any obstacles. She goes beyond her duty and that is one of the reasons we were able to get that house. She fights for you like she is buying it for herself and she helps you to get the most out of the deal. She guided me through the entire process with confidence, ease, and encouragement. She gave excellent advice when I needed it and was more than just an agent, she was like a friend/ a sister/ like a family member constantly looking out for my best interest. That's way more than I expected to find in an agent and Marina will be the only agent I use for all my real estate needs going forward. Because of the professional and dedicated way she had helped my sister, I did not hesitate to contact her when it was time for me to sell my property. Despite the Covid-19 situation and having to put my Calabasas property on sale when she was abroad, she was very responsive and always connected with me on progress of the sale.
