Marilyn is the consummate professional. My wife and I were introduced to her an executive at my wife's employer when we moved to Ohio. She was excellent! I was a little worried to approach her and ask for her representation in a sale where I didn't need to list as I had found a buyer on my own. She was genuinely excited for us to land in such a fortunate situation and jumped right in to make sure the paperwork and closing was done properly.
