Above and Beyond!

Marilyn went above and beyond in representing me in selling a property in Queens, NY while I live in Los Angeles. From referring me to a wonderful contractor who made some key upgrades to the house before putting it on the market, to scanning and sending me the house mail, to popping by to check the thermostat, etc., she was truly more than a realtor. As a realtor, however, she and her partner Kelly landed me an incredible offer and - after 5 frustrating months (probate court!) - helped seal the deal! Five stars!!
