I have used Marilyn Stewart for a couple of home sales and purchases. She is super informative, super detail oriented, and answered all of my (many, many) questions more quickly than expected. She will look out for your best interest always and ensure as smooth a transaction as possible. Her recommendations netted me several thousand dollars toward closing costs and repairs on every transaction. She even staged my last small empty home that I sold, at her time and expense. Due to her lengthy experience in this market, she has a lot of great contacts for additional services required during the sales process (repairs,inspections, etc). She even picked up lightly used boxes from another sale of hers and delivered them to me to use this last time!
