Being a foreigner which has brought me additional difficulties in selling a house in US but Marilyn helped me since the beginning to find all solutions. Marilyn was highly recommended & referred by our realtor who is now semi-retired. Marilyn went to see the house & gave us her recommendations on what to fix/repair/clean, etc. to make the house look better before the Open House. She gave us suggestion on how to price it and always give us an update on the showings. We received a cash offer 2 days after the Open House and we accepted it the same week and we closed 2.5 weeks later! 😊 The house sold so fast we couldn't have done it without Marilyn's help and her expertise of the market. She's really good in keeping us updated with the showings, inspections, and closing details with the title company.
