The entire process of purchasing a home can be scary even before you begin to look at possible homes. Having someone that you can TRUST in guiding you though your home selection and then seeing it through till the end is priceless. Marilyn is an amazing person to work with. She listens, she cares and she does not push you towards buying something that you have not asked for "just to make more $$". If you want someone who is a MASTER at this and that is responsive, extremely knowledgeable, respectful, caring and just overall pleasant to work with, SHE IS IT! If she doesn't have the answer for you she will find the correct person that will have it. We must have looked at 20 homes before we chose the right one for us. Marilyn never changed her pleasant demeanor and was extremely patient with us. . If I had to do it all over again, I would have picked her sooner!
